The dessert specialists now with outlets in Britomart, Fort Street and their Chocolate Factory in Morningside are taking Auckland by storm.
Originally from Scotland, Brian worked as a pastry chef in Michelin Starred kitchens of Europe before setting up in Auckland.
The pair’s desert degustations are the stuff of legend, as is their Tiramasu served in an edible coffee cup – try it at Taste!
