Domenica Houlihan

Chef Dom started her career in restaurants and hotels and by the mid 90’s was Kitchen Director for the BBC Publications Good Food magazines in London. She has worked on Superyachts, owned her own catering companies and cafes.


Dom was a regular guest chef on Good Morning New Zealand and loves nothing more than teaching people how to cook stunning yet simple food, in fact it’s her whole philosophy. She is delighted to be Sub Zero and Wolf’s ambassadorial chef and loves the freedom of creating beautiful food on beautiful appliances.


See the Chef: Chef Dom will be hosting the Marco Pierre White cooking demonstrations at 7pm on Friday (session 3) and 7pm on Saturday (session 5). These take place on the upper level of Shed 10 in the SUB ZERO & WOLF Living Kitchen.
